Alternative Fuels

There are a number of so-called "Alternative Fuels" out there - but what are they? Alternative fuels are commonly recognized by a number of factors. Some are cheaper; others are renewable or more permanently available; still others don't pollute the atmosphere and the environment as much. The common link between all of these aspects is that they differ from conventional or commonly available fuels.

Why Alternative Fuels?
The impetus for finding and using alternative fuels is usually that there is at least one major problem with their "commonly used" counterparts. In most cases, alternative fuels are used in pursuit of fueling:

  • Cleanly
  • Forever
